The Ordinary's Salicylic Acid 2% Solution is a treatment solution that helps exfoliate the skin and reduce the appearance of blemishes and congestion. Salicylic acid is a beta hydroxy acid (BHA) that penetrates into the pores to dissolve dead skin cells and excess oil, helping to improve the clarity and texture of the skin.

This solution is alcohol-free, oil-free, and silicone-free. It's suitable for all skin types, but those with sensitive skin should patch test first. Use it once a day, ideally in the evening, after cleansing and before moisturizing. Avoid the eye contour and contact with eyes. If irritation occurs, cease use and consult a physician.

How to Use

To use The Ordinary Salicylic Acid 2% Solution:

1. Cleanse your face thoroughly and pat it dry.
2. Apply a small amount of the solution to a cotton pad or your fingertips.
3. Gently apply the solution to the affected areas of your skin, avoiding the eye area.
4. Allow the solution to dry before applying any other skincare products.
5. Use it once daily, preferably in the evening.
6. If you are new to using salicylic acid or have sensitive skin, consider starting with every other day to assess tolerance.

It's important to use sunscreen during the day while using this product, as salicylic acid can increase your skin's sensitivity to the sun.
